WELCOME! Please complete and submit the following form to reserve your table(s) for FANATICON2 (Saturday, May 21 2011). Please select the same number of tables you occupied last year. If any additional tables become available, you will be notified. Once you've submitted your registration form, you will be invoiced via Paypal for table fees. Fees will be due by September 1, 2010. *Vendor Registration Options: NOTE: We're going to do our best to place you in or near the same location you occupied last year. A small number of tables need to be relocated due to traffic control issues. We will contact those vendors directly. Email info@fanaticon.org with questions. Single Table Package: (1) 8' x 4' table • 2 chairs Legacy Registration price (Prior to Sep 1, 2010): $65 Double Table Package: (2) 8' x 4' tables • 2 chairs Legacy Registration (Prior to Sep 1, 2010): $100 (Fees will be invoiced via Paypal) Anti-Bootleg Policy FANATICON does not allow bootleg or counterfeit materials of any kind. Possession or sale of these materials is at your own risk and may result in prosecution by local, state and federal authorities. Agreement By submitting this form, I agree to comply with all of the rules and regulations set forth by FANATICON and the Asheville Art Museum, as well as the laws of the State of North Carolina and the City of Asheville. I further acknowledge that failure to abide by these rules may result in the loss of my vendor privileges without recourse or refund. Filling out this application is not a guarantee of space or placement. No verbal agreements will be honored. By agreeing to exhibit at FANATICON, the vendor agrees to protect, keep and save FANATICON and the Asheville Art Museum forever harmless from any damage, loss, theft, cost, liability, act of God, nature, terrorism or expense that arises from their exhibiting at this show. This agreement covers full setup, run of the show and teardown. Adult Materials FANATICON is open to the public and is a family-friendly event. The sale or display of adult materials is strongly discouraged. If you have material that could be considered objectionable, please keep these out of view. Vendors (or anyone) with questions about this policy should contact the organizers at info@fanaticon.org for clarification. Cancellation Policy If you cancel your space prior to April 1, 2010, you will receive a full refund. From April 1, 2010 to May 10, 2010, you will receive a 50% refund. Thereafter, no refunds will be given. Exhibit space not fully set up and occupied by one hour before the show opens will be released for use by other vendors or re-purposed. BEFORE you register, please note: FANATICON is a celebration of comic books, science fiction, fantasy, gaming, toy collecting, roleplaying and pop culture. The business or artistic product of participating Vendors and Artists should fall within that description. If you are not sure if your business or artwork meets the thematic criteria for FANATICON, please contact us at info@fanaticon.org before registering. FANATICON reserves the right to cancel and refund any registrations that fall too far outside the thematic intent of the convention. Thank you for your cooperation.
